PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT
- Completed applications must be submitted by April 28th, 2025; no exceptions.
- All participants should setup at the CARLTON DRAKE MEMORIAL PARK (994 Main Street Newfoundland, PA 18445) on MAY 17, 2025 between 10:00AM-12PM. Vehicles will not be able to drive into the park for setup after 12:00 PM. All displays must be removed by 6:00PM on MAY 17, 2024.
- All labor and equipment for setup and tear down is the responsibility of the participant.
- Participant is encouraged to bring items to sell, handouts, displays, etc. We also highly encourage games and activities.
- The Newfoundland Area Public Library reserves the right to request the removal of any items deemed to be illegal, in poor taste, or otherwise unaligned with the spirit of the event.
- The participant's reserved space must be kept clean and safe; no merchandise is allowed outside of designated space.
- Participant is responsible for providing their own tent/tables/chairs for the event.
- Event will be held rain or shine.
- Participant is responsible for their own cash/payments during the event. The library will not have extra change on premises.
- The library is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
- Participant is responsible for their own trash removal.
- Reserved spaces must be manned during event hours from 1:00 - 5:00PM.
- No playing of any musical equipment, radio, tv, etc. or the use of a microphone or loudspeaker are permitted.
- Weapon sales are not permitted, even if they are handcrafted.
- The park does not have electricity or Wi-Fi access.
- Participants in violation of this agreement or engaged in any inappropriate behavior or illegal activity will be asked to leave the premises.
- Parking is available next to the park concession stand, first come, first served. Please limit to 1 vehicle per group. Additional parking will be at Wallenpaupack South Elementary and GDS Fairgrounds located across the street from the park.

By signing and submitting this form, the charitable organization and any representatives or affiliates of the charitable organization agree to the terms outlined above. Participant acknowledges that they have read and understand the terms outlined herein.
