Theresetta Knights Hockey Program
The mission of the Theresetta Knights Hockey Program is to provide a holistic faith based environment where our student athletes can excel in academics and athletics to achieve above average standards. Our student athletes will have the opportunity to pursue their potential and improve and develop their skills.

This program runs from September to June. It is open to all students of varying skill development.
Grade 4-6 – One 80-minute session a week $250/yearGrade 7-9 – Two 80 minute sessions a week & One/two 40 minute sessions a week $750/year

Grade 4-6 A $50 non-refundable deposit (cash or cheque only please) MUST accompany this registration form.

Grade 7-9 A $100 non-refundable deposit (cash or cheque only please) MUST accompany this registration form.

*Deposits will be applied to the September 2023 and June 2024 fees.

Full Payment of the Balance (Grade 4-6 $200* Grade 7-9 650*) OR InstallmentsCheque(s) attached - dated the 1st of the month. I understand that my child's spot will not be held if the deposit is not paid by the deadline outlined in the official Acceptance Letter.

I agree that if I don't make a lump sum payment it is my responsibility to ensure timely monthly payments. If I default in making payment, I understand that my child may be excluded from the program.
