KBLC Summer Camp is a safe environment for your child to experience two months of fun, social connection, creativity, and dope teachers.
Each week has been organized into theme weeks. From "Water Week" to "Kids Got Talent", your child will come to love every week, learn something new, develop new skills, and make new friends. Activities include arts and crafts, science experiments, the Olympics, and much more. These activities are suitable for every age.

Rates & Fees:
KBLC strives to make things as affordable as possible for families wanting to enroll their children. We do this through an "enrollment fee," which covers your child's registration, administrative, and all program activities and supplies.
The enrollment fee is $100 per household (paid with online application and is nonrefundable) and is a down payment to secure your spot.
Weekly Tuition:
Weekly Tuition is $125.
Sibling discount $75
Tuition includes all program activities, supplies, and breakfast.
Before & After Care Weekly Rates:
Hourly Rate: $5 an hour
Before-Care: 6:30 a.m. – 8:30 a.m.
After-Care: 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
*Fridays ONLY (2:30 to 3:30 p.m.)*
Our Before-Care Program includes supervision, activities, & breakfast. Our After-Care Program includes supervision, enrichment activities with a healthy snack.
REGISTRATION:
1. How do I register?
Registration is available online. Once you complete the interest form, the enrollment application will be emailed to you at the email address provided. Please send in your completed enrollment form with enrollment fee as soon as possible to secure your spot. Once we have received the enrollment form and fee, your spot is secured.
2. Will I receive a confirmation of my summer camp registration?
Yes, an email notification will be sent to the email address used during registration through our enrollment system.
3. My family doesn't need care every week. Can I register for only the weeks I need care?
Yes. You can register your child or children for the weeks that they will need to attend. Additional weeks may be added later if spots are avaiable. Call 888-262-8002 to add additional weeks.
4. What if we want to change our schedule once we are enrolled?
If you wish to unenroll or change weeds you must give KBFC notice at least two weeks in advance. If you fail to provide notice more than two weeks in advance you will forfeit any fees that have already been drafted and will not be eligible for a refund. If a student does not attend for a week in which they are registered you will not receive a refund.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
1. How do I pay?
Payment options include the following debit or credit card visa or MasterCard or you could pay with cash or pay through Cash App ($memphiseducator).
If you choose to pay using a credit or debit card, a 2.9% transaction fee + 0.30 will be added to your tuition.
Example: $125 (tuition) + $3.62 (transaction fee) + .30 = $128.92
2. When are payments due?
Full payment for the week of camp is due the Friday before the camp week.
Example: 1st day of Summer Camp: May 29th
Payment Due: May 26th
3. Are fees prorated for days my child does not attend summer camp such as holidays or days my child misses daycare because of illness other commitments or inclement weather?
No, the weekly fee is the same every week. Fees are based on enrollment rather than attendance. Fees will not be prorated due to days missed for illness other commitments or inclement weather.
WHILE AT CAMP
What should my child bring to summer camp?
· Water bottle (labeled with child's name)
· Sunscreen
· Backpack
· Closed toe shoes
· A plastic bag for wet clothes
· Lunch. If your child has food needs to be heated, they have access to a refrigerator and microwave.
· Please leave all personal items such as toys electronics and home. We also strongly suggest that you label all of your child's belongings with his or her first and last name.
2. What should my child wear to summer camp?
We plan each day of camp to be full of activity. Comfortable clothing and shoes made from running are a must. A cap or headwear for some protection is advisable.
Sample Schedule:
-Morning Meeting (breakfast, bible lesson, character development lesson, etc.)
-Morning Activities (math, reading, & writing activities)
-Lunch & Free Choice
-Afternoon Activities (Theme-related activities)
-Afternoon Meeting (closing words, & free choice)
PICK-UP INFORMATION
1. How do you handle student pickup?
No child regardless of circumstances is allowed to leave the care of KBL C staff with an unauthorized person. Children are released only to the people listed on the registration forms. Adults authorized to pick up a child must be at least 18 years old. Additional approved pick up people can be added to the jot form.
2. What if I pick up my child late?
In the event a child is not picked up by the time the program closes, the child will remain supervised at all times period a late pick up fee will be charged to your account at the rate of $10 every 10 minutes. It is essential for your child safety to provide at least two other persons who were able to pick up your child in the event you are unable to pick them up before the camp closes.
