JOGS International Exhibits provides letters of invitation to international exhibitors and buyers applying for US entry visas to attend JOGS Show. Please complete the form below to request a letter of invitation. Exhibitors and buyers requesting a visa letter will be required to pay a fee of $65.00 USD. However, please note that this visa invitation letter does not guarantee that you will receive a visa. Exhibitors and buyers must provide all documents proving that they are legitimate businesses in the gem or jewelry industry, including storefront or factory photos, business licenses, tax records, catalogs or brochures, business cards, and/or bank statements. The Visa Letter Invitation is still subject to approval by the JOGS Staff.

If you have never applied for a US visa before and would like to know how to apply, please visit the US Department of State Bureau of Consular Affairs Visa Services webpage. This site should provide you with all the necessary information for obtaining a US entry visa. To start the visa process, go to usembassy.gov and select your country from the list.

Please note that JOGS International Exhibits, LLC. does not send visa invitation letters by mail or fax to any embassy or to any other party. Visa invitations for exhibitors and buyers will only be sent by email.

Payment: Kindly be informed that your form submission will remain incomplete until you make a payment of $65.00 through PayPal, Debit, or Credit Card. Once you have submitted your request and made the payment, our team will examine your details and initiate the processing of your visa invitation letter. We would appreciate it if you could allow us 2-4 days to review your request.
Please Note: Each person who requires visa invitation has to fill out separate form and submit it independently.
