Prior notification of insurance details is required so that the currency of the policy can be verified. Please note that if you, or any of your party, do not have public liability insurance you, or they, will not be allowed to exhibit, or participate in events, at the rally.

    Are you under the age of 21 and exhibiting at this year's event? If so, you might be in the running to win the CA & CA Cooper Youth Encouragement Award. Simply fill out the information below and one of our judges will come around to speak with you during the course of the rally.

    N.B.: I an exhibitor is bring his/her partner/spouse/friend, etc. and he/she is intending to camp on site with the exhibitor, or enter the rally site during the rally with the exhibitor, he/she must also pay the registration fee (in lieu of paying the public gate entrance fee). Please provide the names of additional people above in the "Additional Attendees" section of this form so that passes can be arranged for them.
