1. RESIDENT/RENTAL HISTORY
Future Residents must present two (2) years verifiable rental/mortgage history (must include addresses and telephone numbers where this information can be verified All addresses on credit report are verified.
2. CREDIT
Future Residents credit must be in good standing. Excessive late payments, collections, judgments, and bankruptcies may subject applicant to denial, additional deposits and or last month's rent.
3.EMPLOYMENT
Future Residents must present two (2) years of consecutive employment. Additionally, the income of the applicants' household must be such that the unit applied for is no larger than 30% of the monthly gross income of the household.
a.Current paycheck stub
b. Copy of last year's tax return
c. Letterhead from your employer stating your income, dates of hire, position, and social security number. The letter must be from Human Resources or an Officer and notarized*
4. FEES AND DEPOSITS
Application Fee: $50.00 per adult that will reside in the unit. Security Deposit: $ (Dependent on verification) Good Faith hold fee $85 per adult that will reside in the unit

6. GOVERNMENT IDENTIFICATION
Future Residents provide government issued picture ID.
7. RESERVES
Future Residents must provide most recent two (2) month's bank statements.
8. RENTER'S INSURANCE
Future Residents must provide declaration page of renter's insurance with $100,000.00 of personal liability coveersage and $1,000.00 of medical coverage.
