SPOUSE REGISTRATIONS should include the name of the spouse you're accompanying in the "If you have any additional questions..." box. CLERGY REGISTRATIONS should list the specific congregation, institution, order, etc., to which they are assigned. NOTE: Pro-rated registrations and on-site are not available.
