    Milky Muffins are naturally a great nutritional option for lactating moms! Mixes contain organic, gluten-free and dairy-free ingredients as well as many natural galactagogues including organic moringa leaf powder used for centuries in Asian cultures as a safe and effective supplement to help compliment mother's milk supply. Other galactagogues included: GF oats and GF oat flour, brown rice flour and ground flaxseed. DAIRY FREE chocolate chips available upon request. These personalized mixes are prepared in a gluten-free prep area. Each bag yields 1.5-2 dozen muffins. Just add your wet ingredients, bake and freeze after cooling. Then grab them as you need… reheat for 30-60 seconds in the microwave and enjoy! NEW OPTION: Add organic applesauce cups to your muffin mix order!

                    Lower Sugar Milky Muffin mix contains organic sugar and is a lower sugar option <10 g per serving. However, I can cut back even more from 1/2 cup to 1/4 cup. This would also omit the organic raw sugar crystal topping.
