You agree to pay for the Platform, filing fees that we remit to agencies on your behalf, and fees for any additional services that you request on or before their due date. Platform fees are non-refundable, as work commences immediately upon submission of this form.
Your Platform subscription renews annually on the anniversary date of signup and can be canceled at any time before the renewal date. Your Platform tier is based on the number of states each entity is registered in. If your number of states increases such that your Platform tier increases, you agree to be billed the prorated difference and your subscription amount will be updated going forward. Any decreases to your Platform tier are made upon annual renewal.
