  • The following questions are asked from the perspective of a nursing home resident. Please answer them to the best of your knowledge about the experience of your friend/family member that has spent time in a nursing home.

  • Every state is required to have a Long-Term Care Ombudmsan Program (LTCOP). The program is dedictated to giving nursing home and other long-term care facility residents access to help from an unbiased source. Your local LTCOP can explain your rights and help solve any issues with your quality of life or quality of care.
