Requirements of participation

• Application to the workshop is ONLY complete if BOTH the online registration has been completed AND the participation fee has been received. 
• After submitting the application form the participant receives an invoice that contains the payment details via e-mail.

Cancellation Policy

If you submit the registration form, you accept the following cancellation policy:

• The workshop has limited spaces. If you decide not to participate please let us know as soon as possible, so others can join to breathe.
• Cancellation fee is 30 EUR that will be charged in case of cancellation till the early bird deadline.
• Cancellation fee is half the amount of the workshop fee that will be charged in case of cancellation after the early bird deadline. 
• In case you don't come to the workshop and there's no prior cancellation, the participation fee will not be refunded.

Holotropic Breathwork™ Participant Information & Agreement

Breathwork is intended as a personal growth experience and should not be looked upon as a substitute for psychotherapy.  Holotropic Breathwork™ may involve dramatic experiences accompanied by strong emotional and physical release.  This workshop is not appropriate for pregnant women, or for persons with cardiovascular problems, severe hypertension, some diagnosed psychiatric conditions, recent surgery or fractures, acute infectious illness or epilepsy or active spiritual emergency.

If you have any doubt about whether you should participate, consult your physician or therapist as well as the workshop organizers before attending. 

The answers to the following questions are to assist your facilitators and will be kept strictly confidential.  Please answer all questions as completely as possible – adding further information at the end of the form to the questions where you answer with ‘yes’.

Privacy notice and consent

Information collected in the forms serves the purpose of communication, invoicing and to evaluate the safety of participation in the Holotropic Breathwork™ workshop. We handle personally identifyable information confidentially, complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, 2016/679) of the European Parliament. We do not pass the information on to third parties.

Beyond data managers only certified GTT facilitators of the workshop are granted access to the information, who are bound by the confidentiality and ethical agreements of Grof Transpersonal Training (similar to the ethics of medical and psychological professionals). Data indicated on invoices are accessible by the accountant professionals according to the accounting law. Regarding the security of information sent via email (gmail, yahoo, etc.) we refer to the privacy policy of the respective email provider(s). Data records – unless subjected to legal regulation – are maintained till the purpose of data handling is completed or until authorization is withdrawn. The person providing information has the right to request the access to his or her personal data, the correction of the personal data, the deletion of the personal data and the restriction of the personal data. Further, the person can protest against the management of the personal data, has the right to the data portability and to submit a complaint to the supervisory authority. Right to correction or deletion of personal information does not apply to data that are mandatory to preserve due to either administrative, legal or security reasons.
 

Travelling during COVID 19

We ask participants who are coming from outside of Hungary that please gather information about the travel restrictions from either this link or from the Hungarian embassy in your country.
