  • Event Requirements
    Seting Up: From 3:00 pm, all vehicles off-site by 4:40 pm.
    Event Trading: 5:00 pm – 8:30 pm (open to the public).
    Pack Down: Vehicles may return after 8:40 pm once approved by the Events Team.

    Stall Fees:
    🍔 Food Trucks / Hot Food: $165
    🧁 Artisan Food Stalls (3m x 3m): $75
    🛍️ General Market Stalls (3m x 3m): $45

    Please ensure your stall or food truck is well-presented at all times, with clean equipment, tidy displays, and professional signage. All vendors are responsible for removing all of their own rubbish at the end of trade, including zip-ties, cable offcuts, food waste, and packaging.

     

    We operate on a strict no-footprint policy — the site must be left exactly as you found it.
