The terms and conditions stated below are subjected to change without notice.
I. PAYMENT & ORDER CONFIRMATION
(a) All transactions encompassed in this form is hereby subjected to payment first basis, including all additional charges such as delivery fee and additional orders.
(b) An order can only be confirmed if the customer has received an electronic receipt sent via text message or email. Absence of e-receipt automatically means no order confirmation.
(c) Orders are non-refundable once a confirmation or e-receipt has been given.
(d) Cancellations of orders is not allowed under any unreasonable circumstance.
II. DELIVERY AND CANCELLATIONS
(a) We aim to deliver the Product to you at the place of delivery requested by you in your Order and the delivery date and time indicated by us at the time of your order checkout.
(b) All deliveries are packaged safely and are sealed before handling the product to any third party logistics (i.e. maxim, food panda, grab, etc.)
(b) To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery or any third party logistic damages incurred during the transportation of the item/product.
(c) If delivery is delayed through any refusal to accept delivery, we may charge you for any fee and other costs reasonably incurred by us;
or
(d) No longer make the Product available for delivery or collection and notify you that we are immediately cancelling the applicable Contract on the day of the cancellation, in which case we will not refund any payments acquired througout the delivery and order process.
(e) Any changes in the order is no longer accepted once a confirmation receipt has been placed. However, additional orders are accepted provided that the order has not been turned over to any third party logistical delivery service(s) or is not out for delivery.
