A deposit in the amount agreed upon is required at the time of signing agreement. Deposit is non-refundable and required to book your event date. Acceptable forms of payment also includes Cash, Invoice, Apple Pay, Zelle & Venmo.
BALANCE:
Balance is due prior to event setup. Services will not begin until balance is paid in full. Payment for any extra time must be paid before additional hours are provided.
TRAVEL FEE:
if the event is more then 20 miles from Stockton, CA there will be an additional fee of $40.
OPERATIONS:
Client agrees that 360 Angles will not be responsible for consequential damages.
SPACE & PLACEMENT REQUIREMENTS:
Client agrees to provide a minimum area of 4' x 4' flat surfaced area for our Audio Guestbook setup. Must be away from music & DJ for best sound Quality.
DAMAGES TO EQUIPMENT:
Client acknowledges that they shall be responsible for any damages or misuse of equipment by guest or client. Client will assume all legal fees claimed by third persons, provided that such loss or damage was not caused by the default or negligence of 360 Angles, its employees, or subcontractors.
