This evaluation is designed to help the Trinity enrollment staff understand which scholarships you qualify for. Please answer the following to the best of your ability, and if you have any questions, please reach out to your enrollment counselor.

This evaluation is preliminary, and further documentation will be necessary for many of the scholarships described herein. Answers provided here do not obligate Trinity to award any scholarships without further evaluation and appropriate documentation substantiating the answers provided.
