  • Section 2: Volunteering at Lost Village

  • What's required:

    You will be expected to work between 16-20 hours over the weekend at Lost Village. We require you to arrive on the by 5pm on Wednesday the 23rd, ready for a team briefing at 6pm. The hours / days you will work will be between Thursday 24th - Monday 28th. If you’re volunteering with a friend, please state their name below.

  • About the roles:

    You will be allocated a role based on your previous experience and skills set (so please be thorough when explaining this in your application). If you have skills that relate to a role not listed above, please feel free to provide us with some information.

  • Types of roles available:

    • Entry Assistant
    • General Stewarding
    • Merchandise Sellers
    • General Runners & Assistants 
    • Artist Liasion Assistants
    • Festival Cleandown
    • Porters
    • Banquet Assistants (please state any relevant hospitality experience)
    • Workshop Assistants 

  • Section 3: About you and your experience

  • Important Information to note:

  • As a volunteer at Lost Village, you will be expected to pay a deposit which will be greater than the final phase ticket price. Once you complete all assigned shifts and to a standard that is expected, your full deposit will be returned to you. Please be aware that if you miss any part or full shift your deposit will not be returned.

    We receive a huge number of applications, so, unfortunately, we're unable to reply to everyone who applied. However, if you are successful, we'll reach out to you by no later than Wednesday 31st May with the next steps.
