The deadline for submission is Friday, April 3, 2026.
Instructions: Create a one-to-two-minute video PSA encouraging people to become a donor, for the chance to win a $500 or $1,000 scholarship. Up to seven winners will be chosen based on creativity, accuracy, and positive messaging.

Guidelines
Make sure your video is eligible:

Contest open to students in grades 9 to 12, in both public and private schools.

Video must be submitted as an MP4 file, no larger than 512MB and no longer than two minutes.

Videos must NOT show dangerous or reckless driving, or any driving that is in violation of the Delaware Vehicle Code or any Delaware law. Examples include:
- Holding a phone or using a phone in any way while driving.

Anyone not wearing a seat belt.

Distracted driving, including putting on makeup, eating, or using a GPS.

Speeding, swerving, or racing.

Any of the above, regardless of location (parking lot, remote area, or moving at a slow speed), will get your submission disqualified.
WINNING SUBMISSIONS MAY BE USED FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES BY DONATE LIFE DELAWARE AND THE DELAWARE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION.
