  • What does Thunderbird Therapies do?

Tristan MacKenzie (aka "Thunderbird") helps people work through all manner of issues that are negatively affecting their mental/emotional health and preventing them from having the quality of life that they deserve.

He uses a combination of his clinical psychotherapeutic skills & spiritual gifts (empath, clairaudience, clairsentience) to see and feel into the original source of the concerning issue/s; clear and heal the energy at the spiritual and emotional level; identify and clear self-defeating patterns and coping strategies and instill healthy ones; and empower the client to move forward using their own strengths and spiritual gifts.

What to Expect with a Session

For all first-time clients, Tristan will first conduct a free consultation (approximately 15-30 minutes) with the client to gain understanding of the client's concerning issues and determine which course of treatment would be most beneficial. During this consultation, Tristan may ask questions regarding the client's mental and physical health background. The client may also ask questions regarding what to expect during the session. If the client consents to working with Tristan by filling out this form on paper or electronically, the session may begin immediately following the consultation or be scheduled for a later time. Please choose "Initial Consultation" from the drop box, select your preference for videochat or in-person, and then select a time on the calendar.

    During the session:

Note: All sessions may be conducted remotely by videochat if you prefer or cannot come to my office in person.

Tristan will always talk/dialogue with clients first to see where they are in their physical and mental health journey. If opted, Tristan may do a reading to clarify the meaning of life lessons and circumstances and lend direction toward resolution.

If energy healing is opted, Tristan will first test the energy flow through the client's chakras (energy centers) using a clear or amethyst crystal dowser. The results will be noted on a chart for reference. The client may then be asked to wear noise-cancelling headphones to listen to a meditation during the session. Then using his hands (no contact), feathers, stones/crystals in conjunction with his spirit guides and yours, he will identify problem areas (restrictions or blockages) and clear them. The client may feel warmth from his hands during this part and depending on the level of the client's own intuition, the client may also feel the sensations of removing the blockages. If the client is doing a deep healing session, Tristan will identify and begin to heal the source of the soul fracture/wound although this may take a few sessions. When the client's energy flow has been cleared and restored, Tristan will then seal his work with layers of protective light. The client's chart will then be updated with what work was done and the new levels of flow through each chakra.

    After the Session:

Following a debrief of the session where the client shares his/her/their experience with Tristan, and Tristan shares the intuitive messages he received, the session is concluded. The client is urged to drink plenty of fluids and rest afterwards.

  • Client's Rights

    1. The client may ask questions on what to expect during and at the conclusion of the session.
    2. The client may decline any techniques which may be conducted by the healer.
    3. The client may cease to continue the session at any time, without any impediment and may opt to resume therapy at anytime.
    4. As with any therapeutic treatment, there is always the possibility that the client may feel worse before feeling better as the healing progresses. With energy healing, it is typical to feel "amazing" immediately following, but one may also experience a "crash" later where one feels very tired. In some cases, depending on the depth of the healing, one may also experience "hangover" type symptoms from the removal of energy blockages in your body.
    5. The client has the right to review his or her records from the healer. Further, Tristan is registered with the Information Commissioners Office in compliance with the GDPR/Data Protection Act 2018.
    6. Right to confidentiality: Within limits provided for by law, all records and information acquired by the healer shall be kept strictly confidential in accordance to the principles of a healer-client (same as doctor-patient) relationship. All information will not be shared or revealed to any person, agency, or organization without the prior written consent of the client. Although according to the harm principle, if there is a situation where there is domestic violence, self harm or harm for others, the healer has the right to contact the necessary institutions.
    7. Per insurance requirements, oracle card readings are deemed to be "for entertainment purposes only" meaning that the client will hold harmless Tristan MacKenzie and Thunderbird Therapies for any and all perceived liability regarding such readings.
