  • Medical Release and Liability Release

    Participation in all sports can be inherently dangerous and it is impossible to ensure the safety of all participating individuals. Basketball demands cardiovascular fitness, coordination, and agility. Although many risks can be avoided, I understand that not all risks can be and release Hoop Sesh Basketball from responsibility for any injury that my child might incur during normal play. I agree to also indemnify and hold harmless the volunteers, trainers, and owners of the organization. I further understand that in the event of a medical emergency, Hoop Sesh will call EMS to render assistance and that I will be financially responsible for any expenses.

    Media Release

    Photographs and videos may be taken at any time on behalf of Hoop Sesh Basketball, Your attendance at Hoop Sesh photographed, videotaped and Basketball sponsored events will constitute your irrevocable consent to be recorded. Your irrevocable consent to the use of your likeness by Hoop Sesh Basketball and others acting on its behalf, for the purpose of advertising and promotion in any media, throughout the world in perpetuity, including but not limited to television and the world wide web, and your waiver of any compensation or permission for such use.

    Player Code of Conduct Agreement

    The objective of Hoop Sesh Basketball is to promote the ideas of honesty, courage, loyalty, good sportsmanship, teamwork, and respect in its players.

    As a player of Hoop Sesh Elite, I agree to the following code of conduct:

    1. I will respect my teammates, coaches, parents, spectator's, game officials and myself while treating all with good sportsmanship and respect.

    2. I will remember that I am a part of a team, and I will not play a game on my own.

    3. I will conduct myself in an appropriate manner and try not to bring any disgrace or danger to my teammates, coaches, parents, spectator's, game officials and myself. I not only represent my team and my league but my district and myself.

    4. I will demonstrate the highest level of sportsmanship and understand that winning is desirable but is not the sole reason that I play the game. I will demonstrate good sportsmanship in losing as well as winning.

    5. I will respect the grounds and facilities that games are played at, to treat all things with respect and report any misuse or abuse.

    6. I will respect any opponent and teammate.

    7. I will not use profanity in any situation.

    8. I will not steal or mistreat other people's equipment or belongings.

    9. I am expected to participate in activities such as fundraisers to support my league.

    10. I am expected to come prepared with my equipment to practices and games.

    11. I will listen to my coaches with respect and obey what they are instructing me to do. I will not post anything on any social media site about any team or player in a bullying

    12. I understand and agree to the rules above; I understand that failure to comply with the rules means that I will have disciplinary action taken against me up to and/or including suspension or expulsion from the league.

    Parent Code of Conduct Agreement

    It is the objective of Hoop Sesh Basketball to provide your child with a wholesome atmosphere in which to engage in a healthy athletic competition. Our primary goal is to build character in our players. Because of the excitement and high emotion of some of our games, there are some policies regarding what we expect from you, your children, and your guests.

    Please know that we encourage cheering, excitement, and exuberance, but please be careful and always express this in a positive manner. Saying negative things about players, coaches or game officials cannot be tolerated.

    1.We will not tolerate any behavior on the court or in the stands, which would hinder the spirit of sportsmanship and cooperation that we are trying to encourage.

    2. DO NOT COACH YOUR CHILD FROM THE STANDS. The coach and player on the court may have specific signs, or prearranged scenarios to ask a player to do something. Please do not interfere with any coach instruction.

    3. Abusive and foul language is not permitted.

    4. Alcohol use or drug use is not permitted.

    5. No smoking or the use of tobacco products in the stands or on the court is strictly prohibited.

    6. Conduct of any guests is the responsibility of the parent/guardian whose child participates in the program.

    7. I will monitor my child's comments on social media to avoid bullying. Any bullying of any kind is subject to that player being suspended from the team.

    8. We expect that you will do your part to have your child attend all practices, games, and fundraisers at the designated time.

    9. I will remember that my child plays for his enjoyment, not for mine.

    10. I will always address any questions or concerns to the coaching staff at the appropriate time i.e. I will wait at least 24 hours to contact the coach and ensure that it is away from the players.

  • I certify that signing this Parent Code of Conduct Agreement, I agree to abide by and adhere to Hoop Sesh Basketball rules, policies, and procedures for my participation to remain valid. I also understand that by signing this form I take full responsibility for my spouse, other relatives, or guardians to adhere to all of the parent code of conduct policies.

    Hoop Sesh Elite Basketball 2026 Spring/Summer Contract

    Welcome to the Hoop Sesh Basketball Family! Hoop Sesh Elite is a new program looking to make a statement in the exciting sport of basketball while building character in each young athlete that joins our program. We are pleased to welcome you to the team, and we look forward to a great, healthy and prosperous season. 

    Travel Season

    Season - Runs from April through late July. Practice will be held 2 days /week. The initial 2-3 weeks we will practice 3 days/week with outdoor Training/conditioning(running, inclines, sandpit, and more). These 2-3 weeks are mandatory and extremely important; as this will sharpen our on court strength and cardio. This is to ensure athlete is in proper shape and form for competitions. Starting in April, games will take place on weekends; most times playing 2 games each day. During the month of June we'll take a break from competitions and focus solely on player development(skill training). Training for this period is optional but strongly recommended, as it is a part of player's registration fees. Then we'll start back with competitions throughout the month of July to conclude the season. 

    Player Registration Dues

    Hoop Sesh Elite Player Registration Fee is $800 for the season, this covers:

    • Tournament Fees
    • Practice Facility
    • Uniforms/Equipment
    • Gear
    • Player Skill Development
    • Strength Training/Conditioning

    Registration dues are Non-refundable and must be submitted

    by March 13, 2026. 

     

     

    Travel Commitment

    • Player commitment is MANDATORY for Season.
    • Player must be able and ready to travel for competitions. 

     

    Player may be released from Hoop Sesh Elite if;

    • Player is continually late and/or miss team activities, practices, and games.
    • Families do not provide adequate notice of player conflicts to coach.
    • Player breaks any code of conduct.
