Cancelation Policy:
You must cancel in writing to wsta@watransit.com by 5:00 pm on July 21, 2023 in order to get full reimbursement. If you do not cancel before this deadline you will be responsbile for full payment. Refunds for registrations paid with a credit card prior to the conference and canceled before the registration deadline will be refunded by check (minus the credit card transaction fee). Substitutions are welcome - please notify WSTA staff via email if a substitution is necessary. Prices for events are per person.
