Backyard Market Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in participating in our Backyard Market event. The event is to be held the 1st sunday of each month for the following months of June - October 11am-5pm. 

• Please include, with this form, a list of products sold and prices. Also include pictures or sales brochures if available.
  
  
• No raffles are allowed.
  
  
• Booth spaces are 15’ x 15’. All vendors must stay within size restrictions and may not infringe on walkways, fire lanes or neighboring booths.
  
  
• Electricity is available but is very limited. Booth spaces are assigned on a first come first serve basis as paperwork is processed. You must bring your own extension cords. 
  
  
• Space Fees: $45.00 per day. If you choose 4 or more Sunday's at one time you get 20% off your entire order! (Use code FourSundays)
  
  

• Space fees refunds may be made up until two weeks before show, minus a $10.00 office fee. There are no refunds due to weather.
  
  
• All transactions are between buyer and seller. The Museum has no interest in such transactions and is in no way responsible.
  
  
• Vendors must provide their own chairs and awnings if needed.
  
  
• All booths must be set up by 11:00 am. Vendors may setup awnings, table and chairs at 9:00 am day of event. 
  
  
• There is no parking on show grounds; all vehicles must be parked in the main parking lot by 10:30 am. If handicap parking is needed please contact the museum office and a parking pass will be issued.
  
  
• You may not transfer your space to any other persons not named on this agreement without prior approval from the Museum office.
  
  
• The Museum reserves the right to deny any application due to duplication, appropriateness, etc.
  
  
• All articles offered for sale or sold must be removed from the grounds at the close of the show. Articles left on the grounds after the show shall become property of the Museum and may be disposed of with proceeds going to the Antique Gas & Steam Engine Museum, Inc.
