Owner Warrants that he/she is the owner of the animal and agrees to lease said animal to the LESEE

subject to the following terms of this agreement.

Lessee Liability: All parties signing as Lessee are jointly and severally liable for all obligations of this

agreement and have read and accepted all the terms on this contract.

The Term of this Lease shall commence on

date of the next year. If the owner and lessee agree to continue the terms of this lease, this must be put into a new term and shall be attached hereto, signed and dated by both parties hereto and these same terms and conditions shall apply thereto. Lessee SHALL have the option to return the animal to the owner prior to the end of the lease term.

Lessee shall not have the right to relocate the animal without Owner's written permission except as

may be usual and customary for competition purposes. The owner must be contact two weeks in advance if the animal is being transferred for competition purposes.

Care of the Animal: Lessee agrees to follow all usual and customary practices for care of the animal at the expense of the owner, to maintain the animal in good health and provide all necessary and prudent

veterinarian and farrier needs at owner's cost and at little or no cost to the Lessee. If, for any reason the animal must be euthanized, all costs associated with euthanizing the said animal shall be at the Lessee's expense. If said animal should, at any time, become missing, lost, seriously injured, sick or dead, the Lessee shall immediately notify the owner by telephone.

Owner warrants that, to the best of Owner's knowledge, this animal is suitable for the stated purpose, further, that all relevant conditions of the animal, both physical, mental, and /or behavior specific, which would be relevant to use for these particular purposes.

The Lessee will receive a copy of the following items after the appropriate steps are made and the lease is finalized by both the Lessee and the Owner.
