2024 TVB 華裔小姐競選申請表

參加資格 Eligibility

a. 參選者必須為女性;
The Contestant must be female;

b. 參選者必須有華人血統;
The Contestant must be of Chinese descent;

c. 參選者須具有中學畢業程度;
The Contestant should have completed high school;

d. 參選者必須於2023年4月1日已年滿18歲及2024年2月29日尚未滿28歲(以西曆計算);
The Contestant must be at least 18 years of age by 1 April 2023 (by Western reckoning) and has not attained 28 years of age by 29 Feb, 2024 (by Western reckoning);

e. 參選者必須持有效身分證明文件;
The Contestant must be the holder of a valid identification document;

f. 參選者必須不受任何合約束縛;
The Contestant must not be bound by any contract which will prevent her from entering a contract;

g. 參選者不得為主辦機構僱員;
The Contestant must not be an employee of Organiser;

h. 參選者必須：
The Contestant must be a person:

i. 從未經歷任何不論有效或經已無效之儀式，而該項儀式不論其屬公証、宗教、習俗或部族，而於世界任何地方被承認為一項婚姻儀式者;
Who has never been through any ceremony either valid or invalid, whether civil, religious, customary or tribal which is recognized as a marriage ceremony in any part of the world;

ii. 從未懷孕;
Who has never been pregnant;

i. 根據參選者提供的情況及背景，主辦機構有絕對權決定不堅持及放寬上述任何條件。
Organiser may in its absolute discretion waive or relax one or more of the above requirements after taking into consideration the Contestant’s circumstances and background.

重要事項 IMPORTANT NOTE

a. 參選者在報名表內填寫的任何個人資料均為主辦機構所保存及可作以下用途:
The Contestant is hereby informed that the personal data provided in the Application Form will be retained and used by the Organiser for the following purposes:

i. 包括但不限於與比賽有關的宣傳、推廣及申請贊助的活動；
Activities relating to the Contest including but not limited to promoting, marketing and obtaining sponsorship for the Contest;

ii. 在電視播放比賽節目; 推廣及發行該節目到世界各地。
Broadcasting on television the Contest and marketing and distribution of programmes of the Contest throughout the world.

b. 在上述情況下，參選者所提供的個人資料均會被發放予新聞界、其他傳媒、廣告商、比賽評判團及公眾人士。
The Contestant is hereby informed that the personal data supplied by her will be disclosed to journalists, other media, advertisers, panel of judges for the Contest and the public for the purposes mentioned above;
