  • Salon Cancellation Policy

    I want to give every client the time and attention they deserve. I understand that sometimes circumstances arise, and you need to make adjustments to your plans. If you must cancel or rebook your appointment, I respectfully request at least 48 hours’ notice.

    Cancellations,or missed appointments without 48-hour notice will result in a charge of 25% of total services booked for that reservation.

     Rescheduling regardless of notice, will require a 25% rescheduling fee of total services booked, This fee will be applied toward your new appointment total.

     Late Arrivals please let me know as soon as possible. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling, or cancelling and any fees may apply.

    The cancellation fee and any service fee will be charged to your credit card on file; if no credit card on file, it will be added into the total for your next service. Or must be paid before next booking
