    This is a form to make the booking process easier & faster, and to gather the correct info needed to create the perfect tattoo for you!

  • Important information when booking:
    Please take my style into consideration when booking in, I mostly tattoo in my colourful storybook style. I also charge based on design/sizing.

    Signing below means you have read and understood the terms and conditions, and agree to adhere to them
  • You need to be over the age of 18, and provide government issued photo ID when asked at the appointment. Please remember to bring this with you to the appointment or you may be turned away. If you cannot provide evidence you forfeit the deposit and will not be tattooed.

    You will be asked to pay a deposit to secure the appointment, without a deposit no booking will take place, and no designs will be saved. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable. If you are late or don't show to the appointment, you forfeit your deposit and a new one is required to book again. 

    The quoted price is based on the design/size agreed for that day, if changed on the day the price could change too.


    Please eat well, avoid any sun damage and avoid alcohol 48 hours before your appointment as these can all affect the tattoo, during and the healing process. 

    You will need to give at least three day's notice (72 hours) if you wish to reschedule your appointment, otherwise you will lose the deposit and a new deposit will have to be sent to rearrange.

    Please follow aftercare advice, and understand that the tattoo is your responsibility once you leave the shop.
