Jocelyn's Knitting Knook Standard Policy
PAINTING PARTY POLICIES: Jocelyn's Knitting Knook may, at its sole discretion, choose to cancel an event due to low attendance or other unforeseen circumstances. In this case, we will notify you via the listed email address and/or telephone number provided at registration. Painting Party Diva will refund all registration fees.
If a registration fee was paid, cancellations more than 7 days from the scheduled event start time will receive a full refund. We're sorry, but we are a small business that custom creates, orders, and or cuts all our products in advance of the scheduled event. Last-minute cancellations (less than 7 days from the scheduled event date) or no-shows are ineligible for refunds. At any time, you are welcome to send an alternate to the event in your place with providing us notice via email firstname.lastname@example.org, or when we have open workshop days you can schedule to come then, or when possible have us make a kit for you after the event is over. Advance notice is required. Specialty workshops may not always have a kit option.
We expect every participant to be respectful of each other and come willing to learn each day. There will be a designated snack time, so please make sure each participant brings a snack and a water bottle each day.
100% back if registration is cancelled 4 weeks before start;
75% back if registration is cancelled 3 weeks before start;
50% back if registration is cancelled 2 weeks before start;
25% back if registration is cancelled 1 week before start,
NO REFUND if registration is cancelled less than 1 week prior to start of the session.
No credits, refunds, or makeup for missed days, or times.
Sign In/ Sign Out
All participants must be signed in/out when they are dropped off/picked up.
Participants are NOT allowed to sign themselves in or out, regardless of age.
A Camp participant will not be released to someone who is not his/her parent/guardian, or who is not listed as person(s) to pick up.
