Trying to bring your best package to the stage? You are in the right place! Together we will develop the optimal training, diet, supplementation and posing so you can step on stage looking your best. I have prepped men and women for their shows in bodybuilding, physique, figure and wellness for both The NPC and The IFBB. Lets get started!
GYM MEMBERSHIP:

If you will be training on-site at the Research and Development Gym, gym membership is REQUIRED and is $35/month for competitors. Gym membership is NOT included in competition/coaching fees. Please be sure to secure your gym membership once competition/coaching has been approved.
