Our Spring event this year includes:
1. Annual General Meeting (AGM): 6 slots remaining

This will be on Saturday 27th May 2023, and as usual, this is to update the members about SJDA activities during the last one year, our future plans and - where applicable - hold our general annual election. It is a great opportunity for some of you to present their academic work in a recognised national meeting and shine. It is also a fantastic opportunity to meet each other and network both; academically and socially. The fee for this is £35 for members and £45 for non-members until 7th May (early bird discount). From 8th May the fee will be £55 for both, members and non-members. Members will get a discount code sent to their email.
2. Dinner & Evening Party:

This will take place on the same day with the AGM (27th May 2023). Over the years, this has been a popular part of SJDA's annual meetings. We are delighted to announce that our singer this year is going to be Mohammed Elmeghrabi. Family and friends are allowed for a fee. The fee for this is £40 for members and £50 for non-members until 7th May (early bird discount). From 8th May the fee will be £65 for both, members and non-members. Members will get a discount code sent to their email.
3. Social Day: this is sold out now

We are excited to let you know that the social day (Sunday 28th May 2023) this year will be in the West Midlands Safari Park. Again, this is a popular part of SJDA's AGM wherein attendees enjoy a memorable day out with colleagues, friends and family. Family and friends are allowed for a fee. The fee for this is £20 for members and £30 for non-members until 7th May (early bird discount). From 8th May the fee will be £40 for both, members and non-members. Members will get a discount code sent to their email.
