We offer 4 types of refunds.

1. Tasting Catering Refund Policy

At the time of tasting should the food be unacceptable, you can request a refund of the food budget paid. However, in order to qualify for this refund, you must abide the following:
- A Refund request must be presented at the tasting.
- Client must give detailed reasons for the request.
- If after all measures the client cannot be satisfied, then a refund based on the refund policy listed in the agreement will be started.
- The client understands that Embellished Catering and Events will pay back the refund in the same method the client paid to Embellished. Embellished may keep 10% of the amount paid as a service fee and tasting cost.
2. Cancellation, Rescheduling and No-Shows

Cancellation, Rescheduling of Services or No-Show Client. If Client desires to cancel Services, reschedule Services, or if it becomes impossible for Vendor to render Services due to the fault of the Client or parties related to Client, such as failure of the to occur the Client shall provide notice to Vendor as soon as possible via the Notice provisions detailed in this Agreement. Should that notice fall before 90 days of the event the event may be rescheduled to match both parties availability, but not to exceed 1 year from the current date of the event but no refund will be provided. Should a cancellation or rescheduling occur within 90 days of the event date you there are no refunds or rescheduling opportunities.

3. Change in Guest Count Refund

Embellished does not refund any payment for a lower guest change within 30 days of the event. If the request is made before 30 days of the event Embellished will agree to refund up to 10% of the overall invoice total of the catering cost listed on the proposal. This amount will be refunded after the event has been completed and will be sent by check to the address listed on this refund request. You can request an exception to the board of directors.
