    QUICK TIP EX: "As a new CFI I learned to shut up!(stop talking ) more and listen to the student every few minutes. They ask more questions and learn faster." STORY EX: 3-4 paragraphs of a personal story. What happened on a ground or flight lesson, What you or the student learned that wasn't planned, or what went wrong, what you would do differently now or share with others. "I let an overconfident student take off on a dual xc without using VORs because he "knew the area so well" and I waited until he was way off course before asking him if he knew what that line down below was... He didn't so I told him it was the border to MEXICO! and asked if he knew how to find out where he really was.... Letting the over confident student, showed him why he needed to always have a backup plan, and to be more cautious!"
