This agreement is between Scholarship Solutions and the client, being executed on the date of this signed agreement.

Thank you for allowing us to assist with your scholarship/college needs. We look forward to helping you further your goals. As promised, this letter will summarize the key points of our discussion and will serve as an official agreement about the nature of our working relationship.

Our role will be to provide: 1) Scholarship consultation, 2) A List of Fifteen (15) curated scholarships, 3) a copy of the Essay Writing Workbook, 4) and access to the Write Your Winning Essay Training.

As agreed these activities will cost a total of $497.00 Scholarship Solutions will ensure that all deliverables are given to the client 45-60 days following the one-on-one consultation and receipt of the completed questionnaire.

Please note, the is responsible for all applicable direct expenses: EX: photocopies, USB drives, telephone calls, travel, postage, etc. The client will receive a formal report, along with an invoice regarding any acquired expenses, if applicable.

There are no guarantees of grants or scholarship winnings, test score increases, or proposal/college/internship acceptances. Also, there are no refunds on products or services.

The client agrees to allow video and still photos to be taken during class/writing/consultation/scholarship/ award/presentation sessions. The videos/photos will be used for educational and promotional purposes on websites and social and standard media.
