This agreement is between Scholarship Solutions and the client, being executed on the date of this signed agreement.

Thank you for allowing us to assist with your scholarship/college needs. We look forward to helping you further your goals. As promised, this letter will summarize the key points of our discussion and will serve as an official agreement about the nature of our working relationship.

Our role will be to provide: 1) Scholarship consultation, 2) A List of Fifteen (15) curated scholarships, 3) a copy of the Essay Writing Workbook, 4) and access to the Write Your Winning Essay Training. The client may choose to purchase the Transcript Evaluation service as an add-on.

As agreed these activities will cost a total of $497.00 or $597.00 (depending on the package the client chooses). The client will need to schedule their appointment within fifteen (15) days of the invoice being paid, after they submit their Scholarship Solutions Questionnaire. Scholarship Solutions will ensure that all deliverables are given to the client before the 30 day contract ends.

Failure to book your appointment before the 15th day may cause one or more of these services to be inaccessible. Scholarship searches take 14 days.

Please note, the is responsible for all applicable direct expenses: EX: photocopies, USB drives, telephone calls, travel, postage, etc. The client will receive a formal report, along with an invoice regarding any acquired expenses, if applicable.

There are no guarantees of grants or scholarship winnings, test score increases, or proposal/ college/internship acceptances. Also, there are no refunds.

The client agrees to allow video and still photos to be taken during class/writing/consultation/scholarship/ award/presentation sessions. The videos/photos will be used for educational and promotional purposes on social and standard media.
