- Journey Chinese curriculum is well-designed and adheres to the American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages (ACTFL) national standards for Foreign Language Learning in the 21st Century.

- Journey Chinese’s learning objectives, vivid learning illustrations and slides, class activities, multimedia online resources, assignments, and assessments are embedded or linked within the program on the Canvas learning management system.

- Journey Chinese allows students to plan and pace their time to complete each unit’s assignments and assessments. The instructional design concept is aiming for students’ success and effective learning with flexibility of working online.

- Journey Chinese’s main learning contents are based on a high schools and colleges widely used textbooks series (Integrated Chinese). The system includes Chinese 1, 2, 3, 4(Pre-AP), and AP Chinese; they are designed for different levels of students. There are 2 sessions in each level and 15 weeks program in each session. Each class will be small group within 10 students to assure effective learning progress and learning results. We can provide consultation for the level placements if needed.

- Journey Chinese’s experienced Chinese instructors will teach 2 live lessons weekly to guide the students on the learning contents and give feedback after the assessments. The instructors and teaching assistants can also be reached online for assistance online easily

- The Journey Chinese AP® course is designed to incorporate reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills to enable students to further develop their proficiency across the interpersonal, interpretive, and presentational communication modes.

- An integral component of the Journey Chinese AP curriculum is developing an appreciation and understanding of Chinese culture. The students will explore cultural celebrations, beliefs and attitudes, teen life and global community and social issues to name a few.

- Full Year Class for 30 weeks 一学年共30周（类似正式学校，比一般中文学校长）
- 2 Live sections per week, each section for 45 minutes 每周两节课，各45分钟 
- TA tutoring time for 30 minute per week 助教辅导每周30分钟

1. PAYMENT POLICY: Your registration is not complete until we receive payment. Tuition should be paid before FIRST class to keep your spot unless other payment arrangements are discussed and approved. 

2. REFUND POLICY: If you decide prior to the class start date that you will not be able to participate, we will refund your fee in full minus a $25.00 processing fee. Refunds will be processed in the manner of original payment. There are no refunds after the start date of the program. We do not refund or pro-rate fees for missed weeks, however, students can watch class recordings any time.

3. ACKNOWLEDGE: JLS reserves the right to arrange the suitable class for the learners. Student's work may display on JLS website and other channels.
