  • We have not requested employee compensation data or company KPIs in this form given the sensitivity of the data.

    This information is required to produce the outputs in report sections:

    • 2D. Team Build; and
    • 4C. Compensation.
  • Interpreting the Data

  • When analysing the data, we can be more precise 🔎 in our assessment of strengths, opportunities and prioritised actions if you share details of:

    1. Company Strategy: where and how you will compete over the next 3-5 years (e.g., target customers, product / service range, initiatives to deliver, targets) ♜

    2. Organisational Pain Points: any organisational pain points you are experiencing or are concerned about in the future 🎯

    Once we have prepared the report, we will share it with you on the email address provided. We can schedule a call to help you interpret the report at your convenience, if desired.
