  • MSSA EXHIBITOR RULES AND REGULATIONS FORM

    Please read and sign the following form to consent to MSSA's exhibitors rules and regulations.
  • The MSSA SignConnexion Committee will review exhibit booths before the opening of the show. If a booth violates the booth regulations and MSSA's exhibit policies, notice will be given to the exhibitor attendee(s) listed below. The booth must be in accordance before the opening of the exhibit hall at 10:00 AM. If the violation isn’t corrected, MSSA will request the booth to be dismantled.

    No assignment of booth space until receipt of the signed form by a company representative.

  • Booth Details

    • This is a “tabletop” style show with 10-ft. x 10-ft. booth areas, 3-ft. pipe and drape.
    • Except for exhibits around the perimeter, no displays are allowed to exceed a total height of 8-ft either by sitting on the floor or on the tabletop.
    • For exhibitors desiring a height between 8-ft. and 10-ft., booth selection is required on a perimeter wall and is subject to a $500 height fee.
    • Banner Placement/Large Displays must be within 5 ft. from the back of the booth, with the remaining 3 ft., no higher than 4 ft.
    • All electronic message centers must be dimmed to 10% of their brightness.
    • Displays should not obstruct the view of attendees and adjacent exhibitors.
    • Exhibitors shall display products in a manner deemed respectable by the MSSA and respectful of other exhibitors.
    • MSSA reserves the right to disallow unacceptable or obstructive displays or any display that may be deemed disruptive.
    • Vehicles of any kind are not allowed within the exhibit space, but may coordinate with the convention center for viewing outside.


    MSSA Exhibition Policy

    1. Please note that while all meeting attendees are invited to the exhibition, any non-exhibitor vendor attendee who is observed soliciting business in the exhibit aisles or another company’s booth will be asked to leave immediately.
    2. Vendor definition:
           a. Supply Distributors
           b. Product Manufacturers
           c. Professional Services (example: Manufacturers’ Representatives & Engineers)
    3. Supplier distributors and manufacturer representatives participating as exhibitors may represent ALL product lines, regardless of whether the manufacturer is an MSSA member or not.
    4. All booth personnel must be direct employees of the exhibiting company. For example, supply distributors or manufacturer representatives will not be allowed to have representatives from the manufacturer working their booth unless that manufacturer has their own booth. And, any manufacturer representative or supply distributor who wishes to work a manufacturer's booth must have their own booth.
    5. Booth cancellation is only permitted until 60 days prior to the exhibit date, afterward, no reimbursement of the booth fee.
