The following constitutes the Videography Agreement (the “Agreement”) of Anna The Filmmaker (the “Videographer”). Please read the Agreement in its entirety and contact the Videographer if you have any questions or concerns about the Agreement. As used in the Agreement, all references to “you” or “your” or the “Client” refers to the signer of this Agreement. Checking the boxes and entering your name below will serve as your electronic signature reflecting your assent to the terms and conditions of the Agreement. You will be able to preview the Agreement prior to its submission, at which time you are encouraged to print a copy for your records.

It is understood that Anna the Filmmaker is the exclusive Videographer retained by the client to cover outlined event. Any conflicts with other video coverage contracts and any notifications necessary to avoid such conflicts are the sole responsibility of the client.

Client assumes all responsibilities for obtaining any necessary permission, clearance permits, etc., which may be required for Anna The Filmmaker in each event, public or private. Client assumes all responsibility for obtaining and retaining permission for access to any requested camera positions and is solely responsible for the quality of the final production resulting from the use of, or inability to use, such camera positions. The client warrants that he/she has the legal rights to anything Anna the Filmmaker will videotape, including photos, musical recordings, videotapes, or any other materials delivered to Anna The Filmmaker for inclusion in the clients video.

Anna The Filmmaker will establish an arrival time for the wedding date with the client prior to that date and remain on duty for the number of hours included in the package. Coverage hours included in the package are for the event only and must be consecutive.

 This agreement contains the entire understanding between Anna The Filmmaker and the client. It supsersedes all prior agreements between the parties. The only way to change or add to this agreement is to do so in writing. 

I, the CLIENT have read and understand and agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement. Each person signing as the client below shall be fully responsible for ensuring that full payment is made to the terms of this agreement.
