Permanent ownership of this dog is contingent upon your compliance with our spay/neuter policy. If a puppy is too young for spay/neuter a foster to adopt policy will be granted until the puppy is of age to be spayed/neuterd.
In the event the dog’s health does not allow this agreement to be honored, Cruzan Satos Rescue must be provided with a statement from your veterinarian that this dog is not yet in physical or emotional condition for surgery.
By signing below, I the adopter agree to Cruzan Satos Rescues policy that I do not own this puppy until after the surgery and must send proof of surgery to cruzansatosrescue@gmail.com.
Once the surgery is completed we will send the $50 refund to your account.
