Acknowledgements for Event Trailer
Red Leaf Event Trailer is able to offer all food and drinks in season at the brick and mortar stores including toasted breakfast sandwiches, smoothies and espresso drinks.

The event trailer is self contained and has a generator to run all equipment inside. It is helpful to have a potable water source close by for events over 5 hours. No external power is needed for the trailer to operate.
Please read and acknowledge the below statements
Provided space for the truck and trailer*

I acknowledge that the event venue has space to accommodate the truck and trailer. Red Leaf prefers a fairly straight area to drive and park the 34’ Trailer plus driving and parking room for a full size truck is optimal. The service window is only on one side of the truck (passenger side), so keep this in mind when looking for the best spot.
The Generator is noisy*

I acknowledge that the generator required to run the trailer tends to be quite loud and is not optimal to be parked next to events with small children or people sensitive to loud noise. In addition, it’s not ideal to be next to a wedding reception area or other areas wanting a quieter ambiance.
Minimum $500 in sales of drinks or food. Plus a $175 set-up fee applies within 10 miles of Kelso, then price per mile applies.*

Minimum 2 hours, max 5 hours for $500 (additional hours billed at $100/hr in drink or food sales)*

A refundable $175 set-up fee (if canceled within 21 days; non-refundable after that)*

If I run a tab for my guests*

I acknowledge this must be made with prior arrangements and at the conclusion of the event will pay balance. Red Leaf prefers a check, but you can pay with a credit card for a nominal fee.
What if the event is canceled?*

I acknowledge the $175 set-up fee is refundable within 21 days.
