    During the time you spends on the Walking Cricket programme, you may be photographed and videoed at your Walking Cricket club as part of the Somerset Cricket Foundations Walking Cricket programme.

     

    We need your permission before we can take photos and videos of you. Please answer the question below, then sign and date the form where shown.

     

    Videos and photographs may be used on our website (www.somersetcricketfoundation.org), social media channels and any materials for promoting the charity, including media publications and broadcasts. They may also be shared with our trusted partners for promoting our partnerships.
