When do I workout?

Whenever you want. I will provide a calendar of workouts to follow, but you do them when you MAKE time. My kids love being involved, but sometimes I do it before they wake.

How do you 'coach' me?

I provide you a virtual accountability group and will be in there EVERY SINGLE DAY! We will post our workouts, nutrition and shakes and I will add value and inspiration! We also do a weekly accountability zoom call and you and I connect one on one via phone and I'll be ther for you every step of the way!
