    If you are looking for a project for a group at your own location, please fill out this form to request products & equipment reservations.

    ~Please be aware, in most cases our warehouse volunteers require AT LEAST 2 weeks notice to process requests, assess equipment availability, and prepare materials for your event.

  • Plan an Event for Your Business/Company

    This option is for Companies, Conferences etc. Stitching Hearts Worldwide Volunteers come put on your event. See below for further details about planning for your Large Event. A donation fee is required for these types of events.

  • Planning Your Service Event

    For most projects, materials are provided and equipment is available for rent (see pricing below)
  • 1-1.5 Hour Events

    We recommend 1-3 projects for 1-20 people, and 4-5 projects for larger groups (20+)
  • Projects Stitching Hearts Provides:

    Sewing Projects:

    Backpacks, Marble Mazes, Loveys, Receiving Blankets, Quilt tops & backs, Enveloping Quilts

    Non Sewing Projects:

    Threading Backpacks, turning Marble Mazes, File Folder Games, Measure & Card Fabric, Quilt Tying, Plastic Mats

    Equipment Rental:

    $15 per Loom or Quilting Frame (with kit)

    $10 per Quilting Kit (no frame)

    We recommend 1-2 Frames/Looms for 1-1.5 Hour Events

  • 2+ Hour Events

    We recommend 1 - 3 projects for up to 20 people, or 4-5 projects for larger groups.

    This is for Companies, Conferences etc. Large Event Privileges: The success of your event is very important to us. Fill our the fields below to let us know what you are interested in, then please contact our Executive Director, Krysti Wright (801-669-3998). She will work with you to plan the details of your event and provide a quote for donation fees.

  • Pick Up/Drop Off Scheduling

    Pick Up/Drop Off Scheduling

    Please select a day and time you would like to pick up/drop off your projects/equipment. It is usually best to pick up the closest day prior to your event as it falls within our Service Center hours (M,T,W,TH 10am-3:30pm, F 10am-12pm). Drop off should be as early as possible following your event, also within Service Center hours.
    • Pick up and drop off appointments need to be scheduled at least a week in advance so that we have time to prepare.
    • Please be aware that your requested date and time is not guaranteed and may require some adjusting, however, we will always do our best to stick to your request.
    • Thank you for your understanding and for providing as much notice as possible.
  • We appreciate your understanding as we fill your requests according to available materials and supplies. If needed, we may suggest other available projects for your event.

  • Equipment Rental

    This page is to give you an idea of the total cost that will be due at time of pickup, it does not reserve or pay for equipment. If you do not need to rent equipment for your event, skip this page.
  • Donations

    Donations

    We are run by service and donations. Please consider contributing a monetary donation, or purchasing a quilt through our website Stitchingheartsww.org, or donate in person at our warehouse (Cash, Check, Card and Venmo/Smart Pay all accepted). We also welcome in-kind donations (fabric- 1 yd or longer), processed plastic grocery bags, other materials etc.)

  • Need Training?

    Use the calendar below to schedule a time for you and a few other volunteers to be trained on how to set up/take down and use our equipment. If you are unable to attend this at our warehouse (90 S Main Street, Pleasant Grove, UT 84062) let us know and we can arrange an alternative option. If you don't need training, skip this page.
