    • Beatz Yoga 

    • Ages 18+, $222 per month

      Beatz Yoga is our holistic wellness program. This program provides a spiritual orientation (three week consultation), weekly yoga, and bi-monthly workshops. The cost goes towards all expenses, time, and effort to make this program possible. If becoming a yoga instructor or spiritual practitioner is a goal, we will provide career guidance and planning as well as refer you to the proper resources via our partnerships with local wellness organizations and institutions for hands on experience.     • Ages 18+, $222 per month

      Adulting 101 is our holistic life coaching program. This program provides consultation to assess need for assistance, weekly yoga, workshops/informationals based on need, and a resource packet. The cost goes towards all expenses, time, and effort to make this program possible.     • Rhythm & Schools 

    • Ages 16+, $333 per month

      Rhythm & Schools is our holistic college and career prep program for people interested in a career in the liberal arts either as an entrepreneur or in your ideal role. This program provides holistic consultation and career exploration to customize a plan of action towards short term and long term career goals. We will act as your career or college advisor, guiding and planning, as you navigate through any processes. This program includes a series of career and college prep based workshops, a resource packet, and weekly yoga.
