Below, you will find a digital copy of our boarding agreement. Please read it carefully.

On the following screen, you will be asked whether you accept the boarding agreement or not.

By signing, the pet owner agrees to the following:

Provide up-to-date shot records proving current vaccinations for Rabies, Bordetella, and DA2PP and understand that failure to do so will result in my reservation being cancelled.

Provide all pertinent health information about my pet(s), such as allergies, special needs, and other health-related information that will allow Charlie and Friends to properly care for my pet(s).

Allow Charlie and Friends, at its sole discretion (if I am unable to be contacted) and at my (the owner's) expense, to engage the services of my veterinarian if my pet(s) become ill or if the state of my pet’s health requires attention for any other reason.

If my veterinarian is unavailable and I am unable to be contacted, I agree that Charlie and Friends can seek veterinary care elsewhere at my (the owner's) expense.

Pick up my pet(s) within the agreed upon time window.

Pay boarding fees prior to or at time of drop-off.

Treat Charlie and Friends staff with respect.
