Once we have this information we will create a recommended strategy for your review/approval, and then proceed to gather the elements we need from you (such as imagery) and create your ad campaigns.

Please give as much detail as possible from age and location to their interests, hobbies, and values. How do your current customers find out about you?

What do they do well, what is their unique selling point, and difference to your offerings?

How does this compare in the market to competitor prices?

Is there a business you admire for its organic or paid Meta content?

And if so, why? Note: they may not be a direct competitor, and could be from a different industry.

Are you posting non-paid content on Facebook and Instagram?

If so, how frequently and what types of posts are the best-performing? You can send us your top 5 posts from the past 6 months, based on engagement, reach, or other key actions like downloads, or website clicks. You may have noticed that specific themes (or pillars) get the most engagement (eg: family updates), or that some types of content (eg: video) works best for your business.

We monitor and optimise the ads. While you will receive monthly reports, we will often leave updates for you in Asana.

Note: If you do not have the Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, or Meta Business Manager set up we may do this for you if needed, but it will incur additional costs. We can provide you with instructions to set these up yourself.
