If you decide to reactivate your membership in the future (and we hope you do) you will lose your currently locked in membership rate by cancelling now. Membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable as membership rates are subject to change. If you are unsure if you want to cancel now, check out our Membership Freeze option.

This form must be submitted 10 days before your scheduled membership/locker payment. If submitted within this 10 day period, your next payment will be processed as scheduled. You will be allowed to attend classes and use your locker until your membership/locker is cancelled at the end of the following month. All payments are non-refundable.
