  • Shipping

  • All orders placed on cieleathletics.com are shipped from Montreal, Canada. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number in your inbox. Please allow for 1 to 2 business days for order processing. Noticed a mistake in your address? Reach out to us as soon as possible with the correct information and we'll do our best to get the order sent to the right place. 

    If you haven’t received an order confirmation or shipping confirmation, check your junk folder and make sure to add us to your safe sender's list to receive future communication. 

    To get the most up-to-date information about your delivery, use the tracking number provided by FedEx or Canada Post. All orders shipped with Canada Post will be handed off to USPS using the same tracking number at the border. 

    If you opted for bike courier delivery, tracking is not available, but feel free to write to us for an update. These orders may take a little longer to leave our warehouse but once shipped, you can expect delivery in 1 to 2 days.

  • Hit send too fast? Reach out to us as soon as possible to request a cancellation and we'll do our best to catch your order in time before it ships.

  • Warranty

  • Our products are built to last. If at any point you have an issue with your Ciele Athletics™ product please reach out to us to see how the million miles guarantee applies. If your product is applicable, we invite you to return it to us for repair, replacement or store credit. In return, we ask that you take good care of it and if no longer using it, reinvent it, donate it, trade it or recycle it.

    If you purchased your product from a retailer, please reach out to your point of purchase for warranty assistance.

  • Return request

  • Not working out for you? All products can be returned for refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Products must be returned in brand new, perfect condition with no signs of wear and with all tags and inserts attached in their original location. Please reuse the original packaging to send back your items to reduce waste.

    We are not responsible for return shipping costs. We invite you to use your preferred shipping method and take note of your tracking number to ensure it makes it back to us safely.
