As a courtesy to our stylists, please remember to call us as soon as you know that you will be unable to make your scheduled appointment. You understand if you fail to give 72 hour notice for all service reschedules or cancelations, you will be charged 50% of service total. You understand that if you fail to miss or no show your appointment you will be charged 100% of what you were booked for.
