Hello Partner Agencies!

Below, you will find a link for to the 2025 TEFAP Civil Rights Training PowerPoint provided by the ALSDE on behalf of the USDA. It is an annual requirement of HAFB and USDA that all agency staff and volunteers involved in your food program complete this training.

You will download the training PowerPoint from the link below. Signing this form acknowledges that your agency has received the updated training.This must be done no later than March 10, 2025. Failure to complete and document this training by the deadline may result in agency suspension.

Each agency is responsible for ensuring that all staff and volunteers complete the training. You may determine how the training will be delivered at your agency.

A signature sheet must be maintained on site. Every individual who completes the training should print their name and sign. This record must be kept current and available for review during your audit.
