ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS
I recognize that serving on a Tres Dias team requires a financial commitment in addition to a sacrifice of time. I acknowledge that I will be responsible for team fees. I further acknowledge that I will be required to attend all team meetings unless prior arrangements are made otherwise with the Section Head and/or Rector. Finally, I confirm that my household is in order and serving on this Tres Dias weekend will not result in a financial or relational hardship for my family.
By submitting this request, I understand that I am expressing my interest in serving during the upcoming weekend. However, this submission does not guarantee I will be placed on the final roster for a given weekend.*

I Acknowledge
I understand that the Tres Dias weekend is a cloistered environment (sheltered from the outside world) and agree to do my part in honoring this commitment. Like candidates, team members are encouraged to refrain from the use of electronic media devices (cellular devices, tablets, cameras, radios, etc.). Section 4.6 of the WKTD Policies and Practices notes that electronic media devices “are not permitted” on the weekend unless an emergency. It is important to recognize that the use of such devices in common areas can interfere with a candidate’s personal and spiritual connection with the Holy Spirit, other candidates, and team members.*

I have read and will comply with the below qualifications for community leadership as defined by Tres Dias International and as adopted in the Western Kentucky Tres Dias bylaws*

I Acknowledge
Any person serving in a Community Leadership position must be living a life that is not in a state of rebellion against God. A state of rebellion against God can best be described as an unrepentant, open and active participation in or advocacy of activities contrary to the commands (for example, “The TEN COMMANDMENTS”) and guidelines in *Scripture for holy living and Christian leadership. Some examples (although not limited to these areas) are:*

I HAVE NO dependence upon alcohol or illegal drugs.I HAVE NO involvement in illegal activities whereby such involvement knowingly violates federal, state, or local laws, statutes or ordinances.I HAVE NO involvement in lustful, immoral, or perverted activities such as, but not limited to, pornography and/or any sexual relationship outside of a lawful marriage between a man and a woman.I HAVE NO involvement in the occult or Satanic worship.I DO NOT openly profess allegiance to any non-Christian religion or organization which denies the deity of Jesus Christ.I AM qualified to serve.
Team Commitments:

·      I recognize that the Rector and Head Chas are responsible for all aspects of the weekend under the direction of the Western Ky Tres Dias Secretariat, and I will submit to their authority.
·      I will be faithful to my responsibilities on the team and will work with others on the team with a spirit of cooperation, unity, and love.
·      I will endeavor to listen and love, helping to break down the walls that stand between Christ and the candidates.
·      I will pray for the team and the candidates and endeavor to serve them as Christ would.
·      I agree that I am responsible for team fees of $200.
·      I agree to attend ALL team meetings. If I am unable to attend a meeting, I will inform my section head / rector.
·      I agree to work at the weekend, which begins before send-off on Thursday, and I will stay until after closing on Sunday to support the new Pescadores at the closing ceremony and work with the Team in the duties of cleanup and tear down. I understand that failure to stay thru closing on Sunday may result in not receiving credit for the weekend I have been selected to serve.
