Please complete this form if you would like to be reminded to apply or contacted about additional opportunities with Mayfest. Be sure to select the appropriate type of vendor below. We classify vendors as follows:
Art & Gift Vendor - A vendor who wishes to sell either handmade or commercially-produced items at the festival. If selling a food-type item, these must be pre-packaged and intended for consumption outside of the festival at a later time, examples include jerky, pickles, jams, and freeze-dried items.
Commercial Vendor - A company who wishes to participate in the festival for brand awareness, appointment-setting, marketing, or informational purposes. Commercial vendors do not sell items at the festival.
Food Vendor - A vendor who wishes to sell food for consumption at the event. Note: All Food Vendors are required to use the festival POS System, no exceptions. All Food Vendors are required to participate in the festival revenue share program. No sales of pre-packaged beverages are permitted.
Activity Vendor - A vendor who offers a unique activity to engage festival patrons who pay a fee for the activity. Note: All Activity Vendors are required to use the festival POS System, no exceptions. All Activity Vendors are required to participate in the festival revenue share program. Examples include mechanical bulls, carnival rides, euro bouncers, rock climbing walls, sand art, and axe-throwing.
Nonprofit Vendor - A vendor who has a 501(3)c determination letter and operates a program designed to better the community who wish to provide information about their mission and services to festival patrons. Nonprofit Vendors vendors do not sell items at the festival.
