Sign up you and your pooch to participate in Second Chance Animal Sanctuaries' Show Off dog competition - Saturday, Sept. 21, 10 a.m.-4 p.m. at Grand Canyon Veterinary Clinic's grounds, 11765 Route 6, Wellsboro, PA 16901 (across from Weis). Please fill out one form per dog. Registration fee is $20 ($25 after Sept. 1) per dog for the first event, and $5 for each additional event (maximum of four events per dog). Each registration comes with one T-shirt for you and one matching bandana for your canine entrant, both subject to availability.

Due to the nature of the event and for the safety of all people and animals, we unfortunately cannot host reactive, aggressive or extremely anxious dogs. Is your dog anxious, reactive or aggressive toward people or other dogs?
